Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Online orders will be delivered on business days. No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. Most orders for VIC delivery are shipped via VFS and all interstate orders will be sent via TOLL because of their reliability, and affordability. All deliveries will require a signature. If nobody is home to sign for the package when it arrives, a card will be left to re-arrange delivery.


Please note that our freight company of choice will not leave parcels unattended for security reasons. Products will also not be delivered to e-lockers or PO boxes.

Most items are in stock and are generally picked and shipped within 24 hours (MONDAY -FRIDAY) of order placement. If your order is not in stock and ready for immediate dispatch, you will be contacted with an updated ETA of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Goods must be unused and in original unopened packaging, with original tagging. Any instructions, manuals and other materials that were included with your delivery must also be returned in tact.

  • A copy of your proof of purchase must be attached to all returned orders.

  • Refunds will be made in the same way as original payment for the goods.

  • Goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Special Order items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

  • Items can be returned in person to our Campbellfield warehouse if convenient.

  • If your order is being posted back; please contact us to arrange a returns number and the appropriate paperwork to post back with your products.

  • Postage of any returned orders is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment, excluding the original delivery charge.

  • Sorry - No refunds or exchanges on COVID related items.

Faulty Goods

Please email us to discuss any faults and to confirm if your fault aligns with the manufacturers warrenty. If approved, we will organize for your order to be picked up. Depending on the fault, either a repair, exchange or refund will be provided.  Proof of purchase must be provided with any faulty item.
