  • What is the delivery fee?
    Delivery is a flat rate fee of $9.95 for orders under $100. Orders above $99.99 are shipped FREE - this will automatically be applied at checkout.
  • How long does delivery take?
    We deliver using Australia Post, your order should arrive in 2-7 days once dispatched. You will be provided a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your goods.
  • Can i return or exchange my order?
    Yes! Goods being returned must be unused and in original unopened packaging, with original tagging. Any instructions, manuals and other materials that were included with your delivery must also be returned in tact.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We currently accept credit/debit card payments, and payments via PayPal.
  • Can i track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will recieve a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number can be tracked on the Australia Post website.
  • Im after a specific product that i cant seem to find on your site?
    We can deffinitely look at arranging a special order for you! Message us with the item you are after and we can confirm pricing for you.
  • Do you offer bulk pricing?
